I can’t even describe how painful it is that I can’t participate in something like this, even though I’ll be in the heart of the Occupy movement.
Once I decide to join AmeriCorps I relinquish my right to protest or openly support certain political views….I will be a “neutral” shell……. I am having the TOUGHEST time grappling with this. This is not who I am.
